I've Gone Vintage...

I am so into vintage lately: ruffles, rust, patina, birds, crows, long lost drawers with chipped paint and old newspaper clippings. I love it all. Most recently, I attended a fancy show in Monroe (MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO) called Ruffles and Rust. It was fancy and lovely with lots of dressed up ladies, mucho rust and tons of pretty vintage creations.

New Inspiration!!!!!!!!!! Stamping....Words

I havent' blogged for a while, I've been very bad. I have a new found love for stamping. I have been wanting to do it for a while now and finally put my ideas on the metal and slammed the hammer :-) Words have so much meaning-carry them with you, on you, over your heart. Today I am wearing a pewter silver pendant stamped with AMOR (LOVE) adorend with a round clear swarovski charm. New pics to come soon! Diego is almost asleep, my throat hurts and I'm sneezing. I just hung up on Mer, Cesar just hung up on me and the house is finally quiet minus my typing and the sounds of the electrical machines running.

What A Weekend!

I had a weekend to myself. I traveled to Fremont and saw some human testicles and other creativity! Saturday was too crowded but I ventured back on Sunday and walked around for hours. I saw artist friends and met new lovely people. I was inspired and exhausted. Later I traveled to the top of Queen Anne to see my friend Shelley and her lovely boutique Meadow. You should visit her shop if you haven't already! I came home in the evening watched my friend's daughter and made her school teacher some earrings as the last of school is Tuesday. I made some more mad creations and must hit the hay as it's 11:15pm. Monday madness will be here before I know it!
